From our Chair, Jim Breeds:
“Our AGM on 26th October went well, I thought. Thank you to all those who attended, including Hastings Mayor, Cllr Nigel Sinden.
It’s a shame that more people were not able to be there to hear our good news stories about the work we’ve been doing this year and our plans, but those who were there seemed to enjoy it. I was told that some rugby match was on TV at the same time. What on earth were they doing, scheduling that to clash with our AGM? The fascinating talk by Ken Brooks on the history of Ore Village was very much enjoyed by all who were there. A big thank you to Ken for this. Below are some photos of the event including Ken’s fascinating talk, taken by Tony Polain.”
